dcterms:abstract	영문초록: With the Manchurian Incident in 1931, Japan strengthened the militarism, revealing their plot to invade continents. Even the international situation in the 1940s were trending toward the imperial authoritarianism, placing Korea in an extreme situation where culture and literaturewould not be developed normally. Under these circumstances, the idea of western Christianity approached to people who lived in that time as earnest religious search for moral and spiritual life of human as well as new light of salvation.Yun Dong-Ju, Kim Hyun-Seung and Park Du-Jin who established the foundation of Christian poetry in Korea during the period of Japanese occupation were selected as the target of study in this paper. They both started their artistic activities under the same periodic background, and developed their poetic world based on the Christian viewpoint of the world in common.In this study, how these three poets accepted and expressed the idea of Christianity under the background of this tragic era was intensively researched through the analysis of their creative activities and works of art. And, common points and differences between these three poets were inquired through this analysis by comparing their characteristics and achievements.In the side of religion, Yun Dong-Ju was born and raised in a Christian family, becoming a devout Christian, and Park Du-Jin got religion later, but both poets had a consistent idea of Christianity. Kim Hyun-Seung showed his unique aspect. He was also from a devout Christian family, but he went through human distress rather than accepted Christianity unconditionally.In the side of reality, Yun Dong-Ju and Park Du-Jin more actively accepted reality, where Kim Hyun-Seung focused on the inner world.In the side of salvation, Yun Dong-Ju and Kim Hyun-Seung personally confronted God where Park Du-Jin confronted God as a rabbi who led an ethnic group. And also, Yun Dong-Ju accepted Christianity from the side of ethical self-completion, where Kim Hyun-Seung accepted Christianity from the side of ontological self-inquiry. By studying extended range and targets in future based on the study of these three poets, overall outlook and structure of Christian literature in Korea can be established 한글초록: 1931년 만주사변을 계기로 일본은 군국주의를 강화하여 대륙침략의 야욕을 드러낸다. 40년대에 들어와서 국제정세의 동향마저 제국주의적 강권주의(强勸主義)로 흘러 드디어는 이 땅에 문화와 문학이 정상적인 발전을 꾀할 수 없는 극한상황으로 접어들게 되었다. 이런 상황에서 서구의 기독교 사상을 당시의 살아가는 사람에게는 인간의 정신적, 영성적 생활에 대한 진지한 신앙적 모색과 함께 새로운 구원의 빛으로 다가왔다.본고에서는 일제 강점기에 있어 한국 기독교 시의 근간을 이룩한 윤동주, 김현승, 박두진을 연구대상으로 택했다. 이들은 같은 시대배경으로 시작활동을 하였고, 아울러 기독교적 세계관을 바탕으로 시세계를 전개한 공통점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 윤동주, 김현승, 박두진을 중심으로 그들의 창작활동과 작품분석을 통하여, 이 세 시인이 그 참담한 시대를 배경으로 기독교적 의식을 어떻게 수용하고 표출하는지 하는 문제를 중점적으로 탐색해 보았다. 이러한 분석과정을 거쳐 그들의 특질과 성과를 대비하여 공통적과 차이점을 추출해 내도록 하였다.신앙적 측면에서 윤동주는 기독교 집안에 자라 독실한 신자였고, 박두진은 뒤늦게 신앙을 얻었지만, 두 시인은 다 일관된 기독교 의식을 가졌던 것이다. 김현승은 독특한 면모를 보여준다. 독실한 기독교 집안 출신이지만 기독교를 절대적으로 수용하는 것이 아니라, 인간적 고뇌를 겪고 있었다.현실의식에서는 윤동주와 박두진이 좀더 적극적으로 현실을 수용하고 있다면 김현승은 내면세계에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 구원의식 면에서도 윤동주와 김현승이 개인적 차원에서 신과 마주섰다면, 박두진은 민족적인 집단을 거느린 율법자의 차원에서 마주섰다. 또한 윤동주는 윤리적 자기완성의 차원에서, 김현승은 존재론적 자아탐구의 측면에서 기독교를 수용한 측면이 강하다.앞으로 이 세 시인의 연구를 토대로, 그 범위와 대상을 확장하여 연구함으로써, 한국 기독교 문학의 전체적인 조망과 체계를 구축할 수 있을 것이다
